In the unlikely event, that a product purchased from us needs to be returned, We would replace or refund on most products within 7days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return/refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Frozen, smoked, perishable products as well as intimate products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

SP2R Foods cannot be held liable for goods damaged in transit

We will refund your money in the same way you paid for the item(s).

By credit or debit card : Your money will go back on the same card. Allow 3-7 working days for the refund to show in your account.
By cash : Your refund will be given in cash.
